A repeatable, pre-engineered structure.
Instead of assembling floor, wall and roof framing as separate systems on site, Modtruss homes are built around repeatable, pre-engineered timber truss components that integrate all three.
The result is a home structure that is coordinated before it leaves the facility, simpler for your builder to assemble, and designed around a raised timber floor. The underlying structural system is employed under licence.

Modtruss Lock-Up
The engineered timber structure, roof, windows and external doors: everything needed to take your home to a secure, weather-tight stage. Add gyprock, linings & insulation or internal carpentry as options, or let your builder source the interior.
Modtruss Full Kit Pack
Everything in Lock-Up plus gyprock & internal linings, internal carpentry fit-out, kitchen, bathroom & tiling and the waterproofing kit, along with insulation and hot water, coordinated as one full kit for your builder to install. Choose a single delivery or split deliveries.

Happy with your home? Pay your 20% deposit to lock in your spot in the production queue. Build slots are allocated in deposit order, so confirming early puts your home at the front of the line.

Once your deposit is paid, we confirm engineering and site requirements with you: planning, access and services. Need help? We can refer you to Mainsave Projects.
Engineer
Site-specific structural engineering is finalised and signed off before manufacture.
Prepare
Your coordinated Modtruss package is manufactured, sourced and prepared.
Deliver
The package is dispatched through the appropriate regional facility.
Build
Your appropriately licensed builder constructs your Modtruss home on site.

Planning controls, site conditions, access, services and engineering can affect what can be built on a particular property. Modtruss does not include town planning, development approval or project-management services within its standard home packages. Independent assistance is available through Mainsave Projects for customers who need help assessing a property, coordinating consultants or navigating the approval process.
